Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. Moduly Homes works without advertising cookies and without selling or transferring your data for commercial purposes. If you accept measurement, in addition to our own analytics Google Analytics is activated, which does install cookies of its own; if you decline, nothing from Google is loaded: not a single request leaves your browser for its servers.
Our own analytics: anonymous and exempt from consent
We use our own anonymous measurement to find out which pages are visited and to improve the site. It does not use tracking cookies, does not share data with third parties and does not allow you to be identified, so it is exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI (Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico – Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce) and the cookie guide of the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – the Spanish Data Protection Agency). This measurement works the same whether you accept or decline.
Google Analytics: only if you accept
Since August 2026 we also use Google Analytics 4 to better understand where people come from. Unlike our own measurement, it does install cookies (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to two years) and sends data to Google, which acts as a data processor and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
That is why it is not loaded until you click “Accept”. We do not use Google’s default mode, which downloads its script as soon as the page opens: here, until you accept, the browser does not contact any Google server. If you decline or withdraw your permission, it stops loading.

If you decline in the banner, browsing remains completely anonymous, the visit identifier is not stored and Google Analytics is not loaded. We do not use advertising or social media cookies.
How to manage or withdraw your choice
You can change your decision at any time by deleting the site data in your browser (this removes the identifier and the banner will appear again) or by configuring your browser to block or delete local storage. See the help pages for Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
