Moduly Homes is a comparison and introduction service in the prefabricated and modular house sector. We gather information on models and manufacturers and, when you request it through our forms, we connect your details with manufacturers, distributors or installers so that they provide you with quotes and information (as set out in the privacy policy).

We do not sell homes and are not a party to the sale, we do not manufacture, we do not carry out building work and we do not represent the manufacturers mentioned. The contractual relationship, quotes, timescales and guarantees are agreed directly between you and the relevant manufacturer. We may receive remuneration from manufacturers for putting you in contact, at no cost to you.

3. Conditions of use

You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law and these conditions, to provide truthful information in the forms, and not to use automated means (scraping, bots) to extract its content on a mass scale nor to carry out actions that could damage, overload or disable the service.

4. Accuracy of the information

The technical data and prices come from the manufacturers’ public websites on the date shown in each listing and may have changed. We do not guarantee that they are current or complete: always verify the information at the linked original source and with the manufacturer before making any purchase decision.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The original texts, and the selection and arrangement of the content of this site, belong to Moduly Homes. Third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs and renders belong to their owners and are cited merely for identification and information purposes, without implying any association or sponsorship. No third-party material is reproduced without express authorisation; if you own any content and notice a misuse, write to us at info@modulyhomes.com and we will remove it.
